- Peel the skin from Ash Gourd (Venpoosani) and boil the flesh for 30 minutes in low flame and drink.
- Boil NerunjilMul, Cucumber Seed n Sombu, Geeragam for 30 minutes and drink 2 – 3 times the day
- Soak feet in Rock salt for about 10 minutes, 2 – 3 times a week
- Rest your feet under a pillow or cushion whenever possible
- Massage feet Regularly
- Wriggle toes whenever possible
