  • Peel the skin from Ash Gourd (Venpoosani) and boil the flesh for 30 minutes in low flame and drink.
  • Boil NerunjilMul, Cucumber Seed n Sombu, Geeragam for 30 minutes and drink 2 – 3 times the day 
  • Soak feet in Rock salt for about 10 minutes, 2 – 3 times a week
  • Rest your feet under a pillow or cushion whenever possible
  • Massage feet Regularly
  • Wriggle toes whenever possible
